My weekly grilled cheese: Tuna, mayo, relish, and swiss on wheat!  I finally have perfected frying the bread - spread melted butter over the bread with a brush - so that it fries evenly.

I need to work on my food photography skills.  I’m completely capable of producing something well lit, I just keep forgetting to set up lights before I start cooking.  Maybe next time!

Every Saturday I like to make myself a grilled cheese for breakfast/lunch.  They are delicious.  Today I made one with whole wheat bread, swiss cheese, and venison sausage.  It was super tasty and filling.
